Stop Motion Animation

The kids have been watching stop-motion animated short films from Aardman Studios, such as "Wallace and Grommit."  Today, they will watch a classic, "The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad" (1958).


 

Next week, they will read about how stop-motion movies are made, Ray Harryhausen (a pioneer in stop-motion animation and movie making) , and they will watch some clips from more of the classics such as "King Kong" (1933).
